The American wholesaler entered Spain with its first megastore in Seville. In this project, Instalaciones Fontareina executed the potable water supply installations, sanitation, water treatment through pH regulation and chlorine dosing, using industrial water softeners.

Additionally, we have designed the technical rooms, which are intended for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) through solar panels, maximizing the use of solar energy and producing hot water for all users of the complex.
We are looking at a luxury villa, located on the second line of the beach and characterized by an exceptional and futuristic contemporary design. Instalaciones Fontareina has carried out the plumbing, sanitation, and underfloor heating installations, as well as the technical rooms, water treatment systems, and DHW production. Additionally, the work on the wellness area, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi has also been completed by our company, along with the pumping and physical/chemical purification installations, pre-filter, glass filter, pH regulation systems, and chlorine dosing.
This is the largest paddle club in Andalusia and the third largest in Spain, where Instalaciones Fontareina has carried out top-level technical installations, including plumbing, sanitation, air conditioning, heat recovery systems, ventilation, and air extraction. The technical rooms have been designed for the pumping systems, water treatment, and DHW production. Additionally, we have implemented Fire Protection and Fire Suppression systems.
